fat cheese, yogurt, and olive oil. 

Select low- fat protein:

Avoid food items such as fat loaded milk, dairy products,
flesh foods, egg yolks, and fried sausages. Instead choose healthy substitutes
like skimmed milk, low fat dairy products, Egg whites, legumes, and soybeans. 

Include more greenies and sweet fruits:

Increase the intake of fresh green vegetables and sweet
fruits in your daily diet. Vegetables and fruits are loaded with ample of
vitamins and minerals. They are very low in calories and are a rich source of
soluble fiber that will help to lessen the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Include them in your recipes to make it tastier and healthier. Stay away from
foods such as coconut, vegetables cooked in creamy sauces, and fruits canned in
heavy syrup. 

Choose whole grains:

Whole grains are the richest source of dietary fiber and
other nutritional elements such as minerals, vitamins, iron, and magnesium.
Consume whole wheat bread instead of white flour bread. Replace white rice with
brown rice. Increase the intake of whole grain pasta, oatmeal, flax seeds, and
high fiber cereals. Exclude away muffins, frozen waffles doughnuts, cakes, and
potato chips. 

Lessen the intake of salt:

Excessive intake of salt welcomes the risk of high blood
pressure and cardiac ailments. Cut down salt in your regular diet. Avoid
